The development of Syngas’ above ground clean coal technology based Coal to Liquid (“CTL”) projects in Australia.  The Consolidated Entity’s focus during the year was on the Latrobe Valley CTL Project located approximately 150km east of Melbourne in Victoria.  Some progress was also made in South Australia (with “the Clinton Project”) and with a potential further project in Queensland.
